Introducing Robotics Workshop!
Using the LEGO Mindstorm EV3, JIMU, Sphero, Ozobot, and LEGO WeDo 2.0 robotics kits and programming, your student will be immersed in a world of STEM learning, hands-on activities, and group projects.
Early learning in robotics has been proven to enhance skills in problem solving, mathematics, logic and reasoning. Your child will build these skills and more while discovering their own unique capabilities and strengths in technology and innovations - all while designing, building and coding.
In each weekly class, we will Explore, Create and Share with LEGO's WeDo 2.0 Education curriculum and core sets, Build and Command custom robots with LEGO's Mindstorm EV3 and learn about gears and engineering the LEGO's Machines and Mechanisms. In addition, we'll explore social coding with Ozobots Evo's and hack the tech that makes them work with OzoBlocky. Students will further develop programming proficiency through our participation in Code.org and the Hour of Code Activities.
Robotics Workshop is open to all elementary school students.
Themes change monthly. Students are welcome to join anytime.
Classes are held once a week for 1 hour.
Monthly tuition for Robotics Workshop is only $49.00.
