A Maggie's Place OnSite Program Manager holds primary responsibility for one of our on-site, after-school programs. The Program Manager facilitates the curriculum, establishes and builds relationships with client families and school administrative staff, is directly responsible for the care of the students in his/her program and follows daily program routines. An excellent Program Manager will have completed college coursework in or related to child development, teaching, or recreation, and brings a very positive, compassionate, energetic and cheerful personality to the program. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check. First Aid and CPR Certification will be required as a condition for employment. Compensation depends on education and experience.
